Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

We currently ship within the EU. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Germany Shipping: 8€

EU Shipping: 15€

Please note:

• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• All vintage items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age.

We do our best to accurately display all products, including measurements, condition, and possible imperfections.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Returned items must:

• be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us,
• remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition,
• include all original tags (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
