Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive;
• goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer's specifications;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
