By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded only upon our express order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR).
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. These include, in particular:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Shipping
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Condition of Vintage Items
The products offered are vintage and second-hand items.
Signs of use, minor wear, or age-related characteristics do not constitute defects, provided they are described in the product description or visible in the product photographs.
We make every effort to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods, the statutory warranty period may be reduced to one year to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damages typical of the contract.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
